Artificial intelligence (AI)-based functions are used in this application.
These guidelines serve transparency purposes in accordance with Article 50 of the EU Regulation on Artificial Intelligence (EU AI Act).
Content generated by AI is intended solely for support purposes and does not replace human decision-making. Responsibility for its use and evaluation lies entirely with the users, who are required to independently verify all results for accuracy, completeness, and suitability. AI outputs are unpredictable and may be erroneous. Therefore, the provider accepts no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content, nor for any decisions or actions taken on the basis of it.
1. General Use of AI
The platform uses AI-based systems to support communication, interaction, and the provision of information, particularly within the framework of a virtual office and video communication functions.
Users may interact with AI systems without a human being involved in every case.
2. AI Avatars and AI-Generated Videos (Simli)
For avatar-based video and voice representations, we use Simli technology.
These are AI-generated avatars that synthetically represent speech, facial expressions, and movements.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these do not represent real natural persons.
The AI avatars are used exclusively for interaction and visualization purposes and must not be understood as real human beings.
3. AI-Generated Texts, Responses, and Voice Functions (OpenAI API)
For the generation of texts, responses, and voice functions, we use the OpenAI API.
User inputs (e.g., text or speech) are processed automatically and result in AI-generated outputs. These contents are created algorithmically and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading.
AI-generated content does not constitute binding information and does not replace professional, legal, or other expert advice.
4. Transparency Regarding Human–AI Interaction
In certain areas of the application, users interact with AI systems rather than with human beings.
This particularly applies to:
- Chat and assistance functions
- Voice-based functions
- Avatar-based video interactions
AI is not used to deceive users about a human identity.
5. Limits and Permissible Use of AI
The AI systems used:
- do not make automated decisions with legal effect,
- do not perform biometric categorization,
- do not engage in social scoring,
- do not exercise unlawful or subliminal manipulation.
The use of AI complies with the requirements of the EU AI Act.
